Matthew Cain is an entrepreneur. He set up a “reputation management” (I think that’s what you’d call it) company after the firm which was supposedly installing his kitchen – well – didn’t. He set up a blog about it and bingo! the kitchen company boss called him for a chat, the job was finished and Matthew even got some compensation for his troubles. As the recession monster digs in its claws, these stories become more poignant. But importantly, it proves online publishing is so powerful – in this case, the modern-day equivalent of the wanted poster – and you better not mess with a blogger. Check out the short video he made about the experience.
